New Mexico bound!

On the way to Lindrith, NM. Spent almost 9 hours on the road yesterday. Kids did really well in the car. Stopped in Amarillo to spend the night. Ted and Marcy Francis put us up for night. Heading on to Albuquerque today. It will start getting colder and we will start seeing snow today.

X-Box 360 and the RROD

This past Sunday, I was going to sit down and enjoy a level or two of Gears of War 2 (I love my wife). I made one run through on the map. I’ve been stuck on one section. I’m playing on the hardcore level and I can’t get past the Escort mission. I can get shoot down all the Nemacysts but I can’t get past the Reaver that comes along side.

First Christmas Party

Just got back from the Ullman Christmas Party and Ornament Exchange. We had a great time and stole exchanged some really nice Christmas ornaments. Brooke and Jerry set out a wonderful spread of sweets (gotta love the cream puffs). Brooke made a wonderful pumpkin pie dip with some green apples and ginger snaps.
I had my camera with me and snapped some pictures of everyone having a good time. You can find them in the Photo Albums under Holidays.
The girls were able to play with some new kids and I think they had a really good time as well. They were both very tired by the time we left and have promptly fallen asleep without any fuss.
